A New Life, An End of a Life | Pistachio 6 | Pastel Patisserie

Winter is hard for a gardener. There isn't much to do except take your dog on a walk.

Celery is so much bigger than Lark. She is so small. Celery could literally just knock her right over!

I love this grumpy floof.

Celery lowkey looks like a demon when he is covered in dirt and grumpy. He's all, "Mom, stop paying attention to the bees and clean me."

The snow is melting and Celery is leaving gifts by our garden. Did he wrap that himself with his paws?

Sometimes plants need a little extra encouragement to grow their best.

(Which is a sore spot for me right now because I think this save file is glitched because the unidentified plants in Granite Falls won't let me harvest them and I'm about at my wits' end.)

Our newest baby daddy invited us to the Humor and Hijinks festival. How sweet!

And he seems to be fine with the fact that we are flirting with someone else right in front of him. Free love, baby!

Sage is laying it on THICK.

And it's all working out perfectly.

The N.A.P. inspector guy came around and he was impressed with both our eco-friendly compliance and our suddenly huge baby bump.

Celery has still not been given a bath.

I'd say it's never too early to teach children about bees and bugs but... is that true? Maybe you should wait just a little bit longer to spread your wisdom, Sage.

I recognize that miserable face. Someone is in labor!

Before she can think about having the baby, though, Celery demands a walk. What Celery wants, he gets. It appears he is also clean.

It's time! Sage is flying solo through the delivery this time around. It's like after one kid, she's a seasoned birthing professional.

It's a... girl! Again! I haven't even cheated these, the game just knows I like girls better!

Her name is Dove. We are going with a bird theme, apparently (because I had the next gen's name picked out weeks ago and that's just the theme, okay).

This is a much more appropriate thing to be teaching, Sage. No buzzing, stinging insects around to hurt little Lark.

Sims falling in mud gets me every time. It's just too good.

It's Lark's birthday! You know we invited the whole family.

She is adorable! Look at that little face.

Not sure what the point of this one is but this was taken mere moments after the game shocked me with... I can't even speak of it... MARION AND HER ADOPTED MOTHER OLIVE MAKING OUT. I kid you not. Marion and Olive were getting frisky in our kitchen. I am scarred for life. How dare MC Command Center/the game do this to me?

AW! Lark is making fast friends with her baby sister, Dove.

Ciel's face after witnessing The Incident. The next screenshot should come as no surprise.

Most likely from old age but also definitely fueled by rage, our sweet baby blue Ciel is gone. She will be missed greatly.

We had to invite this guy (whose name might be Laurence) over to meet his daughter, of course! He thinks she is great.

It's her first night in a big girl bed and Lark is already having visits from the monster (WITH the special nightlight! how rude!).

I forgot I put this giant elephant decal on the wall. That's so cute.

It's the next day and Lark is spending some quality conversation time with her dad, Diego (I think). I can definitely see the resemblance.

And I'm going to leave this part on a cliffhanger! It's Dove's birthday! See what she looks like next time.
