With a vaccine in hand, it's now time for Stevie to put together a top-notch team to bring down the Mother. Her first target is - of course - Lola.


She seems a bit skeptical (when does she not), but she's in.


Next recruitment: Alice.



 Okay, now on to more important business...



The final member of Stevie's Dream Team would be Jess.


At first, she's really hesitant. This one will take a bit more work.


While Stevie is working her magic on Jess, Lola is knocking back some liquid courage. Can you blame her?



Stevie is feeling pretty good about her team (and her persuasion skills). She's ready to beat some Mother butt.


Stevie: No offence, but we need to get you in fighting shape.

Okay, Stevie, don't go offending all of your best friends now... you might end up battling alone.


Up on the balcony, the girls work on their combat techniques.


While Sylas and Alice get some alone time in the basement. I guess Stevie didn't need to play matchmaker, after all.


Sylas: You're gonna do great in there, and I'll be here waiting after you destroy that thing.


No more time to waste. The battle needs to happen now. Luckily, the team seems pretty hyped.


With one last pep talk from Stevie, it's go time. Plan of action? Do anything and everything to bring the Mother down, simple as that.


Just a reminder of what the girls are up against...


As Stevie begins the fight, Lola, Jess, and Alice head to their own positions.


She looks to be getting entirely too much joy out of this.


Oh, of course! The remaining possessed have decided to crash the party and try to distract the girls taking down their beloved Mother.

They can try. Jess and Alice are dialed in.


Lola seems to be taking a more... verbal approach. Over-sized pesticide shooters just aren't for her.




When all else fails, scold the plant. Stevie's got it down to a science.


The possessed are still trying their best at being a distraction, but it's not that much of a worry.


The Mother tries to fight back one more time.


But all of a sudden, it goes up in smoke. The girls come out victorious!


Lola had a celebratory horn hidden away somewhere.


And Stevie obviously had some confetti tucked in her pockets.


Of course a selfie is needed in front of the withering Mother. Pics or it didn't happen, right?


Outside in the fresh air, Lola and Stevie take a moment to comfort each other. The adrenaline will eventually wear off and, even though they came out victorious, what just happened is heavy.


Back at home, Sylas is waiting to hear all about the fight.


And Stevie immediately starts to gloat.


Jess: Yeah, yeah, we took down the Mother like it was nothing. Just another day at the office, right, Stevie?


Sylas and Alice have a lot to discuss when it comes to the logistics of their budding relationship.


Remember purple-haired lady who gave the group a bunch of intel? Yeah, she's still got the hots for Stevie.


And as for Lola, well, the plants are still always calling her name.
