I'm pretty sure this is meant to signify that it's New Year's Eve but I honestly can't remember so just have a pretty picture of a snowy house and deal with it.
I guess it's just a rite of passage in this family for the teens to try their hands at cooking and not be very good at it. Helena's already starting to prepare the back-up breakfast.

The Quickovers waste no time in bringing new pets into their home but I think that doing so during a literal blizzard might be a bit much. I mean, come on, should this lady really be out in this weather?
Seriously, if you have to fight through the blizzard just to get from your sidewalk to the house, we should probably all be staying indoors to begin with.

Apparently this pregnant dog adoption lady is stuck at our house because of the blizzard so, hey, she gets to be apart of the birthday festivities, too.

I love watching the puppies and kittens run around and they're just so small and cute.

In the end, mama had to take care of this debacle, as she predicted.
I mean... I guess this is dedication but I promise the keyboard would still be there after you shower, August. Apparently he just had to get his almost-burned-alive feelings out right away.

Also, I'm still getting a grasp on Parenthood and all of the different aspects that came with it, like the responsibility and empathy levels and all of that. Basically, I'm just going to town and seeing what happens.

Oh, jeez. Okay. This is all moving so fast! First kiss time already? August has been waiting so long for this moment and our little boy is all grown up and he was just a toddler yesterday and now he's a young man and time is fake, okay? It's fake.
They're in love and so am I. Rhea is just so beautiful. I wasn't used to townies being this beautiful in TS2.
Even when the date has to end, August still has that nervous excitement.
Let me just check in on the puppy realllllll quick because tiny animals are probably the most adorable thing ever to exist.
