Rise, Bethany, Rise! | Quickover 2.4

Previously: Satan was afoot.

This is a Molly Quickover appreciation post. Thank you.

She's so smol but that won't stop her from gobbling up this food.

And before we know it, Wednesday is an adult cat and getting gobbled up by the couch!

It's school project time and Bethany has a cool science experiment to do.

That yellow liquid looks very concerning. Who approved this for kids?
My girls, kicking ass and climbing the ranks in their respective careers.

I'm not sure if Molly is helping so much as still boasting about her promotion.

Hurricane Beatrix is back in town, ripping books to shreds. Molly is a mix of scared and in awe. Arwen is just trying to laugh it all away.

Apparently, all of those test tubes and strange colored liquids turned into a volcano, which is both cool and impressive.

This dang cat! I have a scratching pole for her and she still attacks all of the furniture.

You didn't even know they were trying but, bam! Baby number three is on the way and, this time, Molly is the mother-to-be.

This makes me feel like Arwen also didn't know they were trying to get pregnant. How could you be out of the loop, girl?

Arwen: I'm not sure how this happened but, great?

She's happy, guys, don't worry.

YOUR SCRATCHING POST IS LITERALLY ACROSS THE ROOM. GO OVER THERE, WEDNESDAY.

Bonding time for Arwen and Beatrix.

This giant dollhouse-tree hybrid is the perfect place to play in the cool Autumn temperature.

Bethany is finding an awful lot of joy in crushing this pumpkin.

Bethany: Demon King, this destruction is for you.

God, I thought we had gotten past all of that.

Bethany went to the park and met up with these fellow kids, members of the League of Heroes. She was quickly asked to join!

But then, the unthinkable happened. I don't know if this was done by Bethany but I feel like that little bit of demon that's still clinging to her had something to do with it. Every member of the club simultaneously aged up. Out of nowhere, Bethany is now the leader of the club!

She's not hating the promotion, though. She got to invite all of her own friends to join and... that was kind of it. I have definitely not explored the club system enough.

Out of nowhere, it's already time for Beatrix to age up. They grow up so fast.

Here is Beatrix.

Wednesday is overwhelmed by all of the child-sized feet that are suddenly dangling all around her.

And then this?! Can the poor cat catch a break? Truman, get out of here.

We aren't quite to the level of possible possession yet, but Beatrix is definitely a moody child and this was pretty much the moment when I decided I wanted to make her really different and a little bit of a rebel when she hits teendom.

Molly is very uncomfortable in this pregnancy. She has a newfound respect for what her wife went through twice.

She's huge. There's definitely a baby coming soon.

I'll leave you with this beautiful picture of the pool fence all dressed up for fall.
