This part does begin and end quite abruptly but I was in kind of a rut when it came to actually playing the game and I just really needed to get through this recoupling.

The villas are reunited and Mara is already seeing some concerning behavior from Theo. Peter is also a bit weary and he hasn't even met the guy!


Georgia and Nadia are just happy to see each other again. And Polka Dot Evan, well, he's just hoping his personality will get him through while his tan fades.


Uh-oh. Mara definitely saw something she didn't like.


Phoebe is Georgia and Nadia's number one fan. She is so happy for them!

Before long, it's time for the recoupling ceremony to begin. Anyone not chosen to be in a couple will be immediately dumped from the villa.


Georgia is up first.

Georgia: I want to couple up with this Sim because they are everything I want. Duh. I don't really need much more explanation because we already know what we mean to each other. The Sim I want to couple up with is Nadia.



Dominic: I want to couple up with this Sim because they are always having fun and making me want to have fun, too. We coordinated our outfits tonight without even talking to each other and that's got to show something, right? The Sim I want to couple up with is Aspen.



Phoebe: I want to couple up with this Sim because from our first date, we just had a connection. They are handsome and smart and funny, and always make me feel heard and appreciated. The Sim I want to couple up with is Evan.


Phoebe definitely had a hard choice to make between Evan and Maxwell but, in the end, she can't deny that everything is just so much stronger with the former.


Madeleine: I want to couple up with this Sim because they are everything I have been looking for since I came to the villa. I can't wait to have this gorgeous workout buddy for a long time. The Sim I want to couple up with is Marisol.


Theo is up next and he already knows he is going to break someone's heart. He can't even look at anyone.


Theo: I want to couple up with this Sim because they are smokin' hot, always make me laugh, and have a great personality. It's been a short time, but I can really see something happening between us. The Sim I want to couple up with is... Abby.



Mara can hardly believe it.


Mara: What the #*@&, dude?!


Oh, boy, here we go. Not sure why Theo is looking so angry when he's all happily coupled up and what not.


Mara: You asked me to be your girlfriend days ago! What kind of fake are you? Do you just go around flirting with every red-headed girl you can find!?


Yeah. It's over. And Theo has apparently never been called out on his crap before because he is taking it quite hard. Good.


After that whole Theo confrontation, Mara is feeling surprisingly composed and is just happy to say goodbye to her day one girls.


Madeleine and Phoebe appear to be plotting some kind of evil plan, probably to get back at Theo.


Madeleine: It's not in my nature to compare women so let's just leave it at this... Theo is a grade-a DICK, Mara.


Mara: Ugh. What did I ever see in him? Thanks, girls.


Even though they are about to leave the villa, Charley and Reid seem to be in high spirits.



Aw, a goodbye selfie. These girls have gotten so close after living together for fourteen days.


Theo: Can you believe it, man? She just went off on me!
Evan: *blank stare*


Phoebe and Evan want to spend some time together, but Madeleine needs to interrogate him first. As best friends do.


Evan: Babe, is this guy really trying to talk right now?

And Madeleine can't even. She just has to leave.


Evan is definitely not in the mood to listen to Theo, or see Theo so happy, or be around Theo at all. It's pretty obvious the Islanders were more on Mara's side.

Next Time on Love Island: The dust settles after the recoupling but it's not over yet - one couple will still be dumped from the villa. Also, as the Islanders enter their final week, two Sims will be dropped into the mix to see if they can shake things up. One of them is up to you.
