Hello/Goodbye | Quickover 2.1
Before we hop into the new baby excitement, here is an updated young adult look at Molly.
She's gorgeous, no?
The first of the B babies is here: Bethany, a beautiful, bouncing girl.
Damn, Arwen's body bounced back quick.
While baby Bethany snoozes away, Truman looks steadily on. These dogs and their protection, man.
Also, since Erick is still kicking and Adrian has yet to move out, there isn't much real estate available. Hence the bassinet kind of shoved in the corner.
Oh my God, thanks, Grandma! I'm definitely not wiping away a tear right now.
Molly: I know I missed your birth but I promise I'm your mother, little buddy.

And she's a natural. I had no doubts.
Nothing like a shoulder rub to ease those new parent knots.
Milestone! Arwen and Molly upgraded from Molly's high school bed to a real adult one. Way to go, ladies. A good mattress is always a sensible choice.
Wait a second. Wait. What. Wait. No. Erick is not about to leave us while in front of his late wife's last ever painting. This is a cruel, cruel joke.
Absolutely unacceptable.
Erick has been with us since the very beginning. He came very mysteriously into Helena's life (aka I planted him from the Gallery) and they were inseparable until her death. He passed on his beautiful genes, his zest for life, and so much love. RIP Erick, may your muscles live on forever.
August and Arwen met up and they actually don't look too devastated, although they really are. Even though they have lost one parent already, losing the second is not any easier.
And, with that, Adrian packed his bags and left us for the city. And then got moved out into a random apartment to never be seen again.
Just kidding, he has a husband now and maybe a kid but I haven't checked lately.
Honestly, does this lady have a million versions of the same sweater or what? There is no way it is still in this pristine condition after years of babies spitting up on it.
Annnnd babies are boring so, just like that, here's a tot!
Her hair is red like Molly's but way less intense and she has Arwen's heterochromia. Long story short, Bethany is adorable.
There is also a legit nursery now! Arwen and Molly moved into the master downstairs so they converted their old room into this precious area for Bethany. I love the CC wall hanging I found that has an animal alphabet in Simlish. B is for Bear and Bethany and her future siblings.
Bethany: It's raining peas!
Here we go, getting up to the normal toddler things, like playing with superhero figurines.
And spilling paint all over the nursery floor. It's fine. Normal toddler things.
Sometimes Arwen just has to step back and reflect on how things are going. She seems pretty pleased, I'd say.
I love that toddlers nap by curling up as small as they can at the very top of the bed. No stretching out here, no sir.
Oh, great, someone woke up cranky.
Never fear, though, Molly is here to read Bethany back to sleep - after she was properly tucked in, of course.
After nap baths are another great part of the day for bonding. Molly apparently wears as little as possible to avoid the biggest of toddler splashes.
There you have it - generation B is a go. I haven't yet entered generation C in my real time game play so I'd say I'm doing pretty good on keeping these posts going. Stay tuned for more cute babies and maybe not totally unpredictable antics but I think this generation is pretty fun.
